  • Industrial / Commercial Bottom Rubber 'Wrap Around' Seal

  • Fits all standard 75mm 'T' bars. They only make 1 size of this T-Bar, if your door has a T-Bar then this will fit - please see the included photos an image. The T-Bar is an upside down capital ’T’ with a flat edge on both sides. This seal does not fir the ‘J-Bar’ with only 1 protruding edge.

  • Please select the length you require from the drop-down box below - we also offer a small sample size if you need to try and see if it will fit before you buy a full length.

  • The seal can be cut with a sharp stanley knife to suit the opening width of your shutter door.

  • Will fit any commercial shutter which has the standard 75mm T-bar on the bottom.  The seal wraps around the T-bar to fit.

  • The Roller Shutter Wrap-Around Door Seal has been designed to form a watertight seal between the commercial roller door and the floor.

  • The Roller Shutter Wrap-Around Door Seal reduces the damaging effects of condensation (i.e. rusting) by keeping the warehouse equipment, tools and some packaging (such as cardboard boxes) protected.

  • Additionally, energy costs may be reduced as a result of heat conservation and draft reducing.

  • The gap between a Roller Shutter and a floor is usually anywhere from 5-10 mm in some places as most warehouse floors are not perfectly level.  When the door is fitted square, it can create a gap between the door and the floor.  This gap needs to be sealed.

  • Over time, the original seals (if fitted originally) perish, crack and break up.  This replacement not only looks better, but also prevents heat loss, water ingress, draughts and leaves etc from blowing into your garage.  It can also act as a deterren to prevent pests enetering your building.  You can fit this seal to a door if its never had a seal fitted, as long as it has the standard 75mm T-bar.
